Small budget room at Sino Imperial Hotel in Phuket Town, Thailand. Convenient location, not too far from the ferry if you are passing through Phuket Town on the way to Phi Phi Island. Staff was really friendly. Room was ok but a bad smell hits you in the face before the aircon is open. Street noise is extremely loud. Window did not close properly so had to macgyver-squeese a flip flop to get it shut. The view of the street was limited due to the decor/suncover. There was a balcony right outside with a descent view. A lot of guest was smoking there so thats wasn’t nice. Some shopping within walking distance and the bigger malls within taxi distance. Overall good value if, you like us, are staying for just one night. Bring some earplugs or noise canceling headphones if want to sleep though. Didn’t try the breakfast, however there was good coffee to the left, and nice pancakes in the morning across the street to the right.
