Morning stroll at Phra Tamnak Beach or Pratumnak Beach, Pattaya, Thailand. Phra Tamnak is basically the northern part of Jomtien beach / Dongtan Beach. A lot of construction going on at the end of the beach. Beach looked pretty nice but water was blackish color just like in Dongtan and Jomtien Beach.
