Riding upp the hill to check out Phandara Luxury Villas, Phandara Neung (villa 1), Koh Tao, Thailand. One of the best pool villas I have stayed in at Koh Tao so far. Well equipped kitchen, smart TV, nice clean pool, comfy bed and staff was very friendly. Stunning view of course. The road up the hill is a bit scary but free transfer is available if you aren’t used to motorbikes or hiking. Some power-outs in the evening but thats common in small islands like Koh Tao.
