Morning stroll at Mae Haad Beach or Haad Mae Haad, Koh Phangan, Thailand. Lovely morning at this relaxing beach in the north east of Phangan island. Stayed at Koh Ma Beach Resort for the night. Can recommend both the resort or a visit to the beach. Here I’m walking end-to-end, starting at Koh Ma Beach Resort in the north, walking to the south end and back again. At low tide you might be able to walk on a sandy strip over to Koh Ma island. You could probably also wade over in the shallow waters if the tide isn’t right. Really enjoyed this calm morning with only a few people around. Get up early is my my tip for any Thailand trip.
