Walking Laem Yai Beach, Koh Samui, Thailand, at low tide. Laem Yai is located on the north-west tip of Samui island. The beach has more of a natural feel, especially at the south end. As you walk north there are more resorts and huts, and the sand is cleaner from rocks and leafs etc. At the north end the beach the texture gets more gravel like. It is a chill beach but not swimmable at low tide and narrow at hight tide. Check out the video at high tide at this beach. Stayed at The Passage Resort for the night which is at the southern part of the beach.
