Morning stroll at Silver Beach, also known as Crystal Bay, Haad Thong Ta-Khian or Thongtakian, Koh Samui, Thailand. Silver Beach is a popular beach between Lamai Beach and Chaweng Beach / Chaweng Noi Beach. The beach is very short but really nice looking. Lots of people visit in the daytime so it can get crowded. I suggest that you visit early morning or late afternoon for more space. If you wake up early the beach is almost empty, like in this video. Also watch a video of a sunset stroll at Silver Beach. The resorts cover the whole beach but you can enter trough places like Crystal Bay Beach Club and Restaurant (in Crystal Bay Yacht Club Beach Resort, where we stayed for the night), where there is a guest parking area. There was some trash at the man-made terrace and rocks at the north end of the beach. The resorts keep the main part of beach clean from the usual trash washing up from the sea.
