A tour with speedboat around the island of Koh Samet, Thailand. Creeping along most of the beaches and speeding past the rest of the coast. Most beaches in Koh Samet are located at the east coast of the island. Only a couple beaches are at the west side. Booked this trip at Buddies at Sai Kaew Beach, not far from Ku at Sea Bed & Breakfast where I stayed for the night. The friendly couple at Buddies Loft/Restaurant was very helpful to set up the tour to my likings. It cost about 5.000 THB for two hours. But the tour only took one hour just like I wanted. Usually people do these tours for a several hours with a few stops for snorkling and dining etc. I didn’t do any snorkeling or used any sunscreen to save the corals and fishes of Samed.
